Col cuore in gola (internationally released as With Heart in Mouth, I Am What I Am and Deadly Sweet) is a 1967 Italian giallo film directed by Tinto Brass.[1] It is loosely based on the novel Il sepolcro di carta by Sergio Donati.[2]
The film used storyboards from Guido Crepax.
