Coleophora quadruplex is a moth of the Coleophoridae family. It is found in North America, including Nova Scotia, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts and New York.
The larvae feed on the seeds of Achillea species, including Achillea millefolium. They create a trivalved, tubular silken case.
