Columbia College Hollywood is a private, nonprofit film school established in 1952 in Los Angeles. It grants a four-year baccalaureate degree and is accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission[3] and the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD).
The college's cinematic arts programs offer bachelor of fine arts and associate of fine arts degrees in film and television production covering screenwriting, producing, directing, cinematography, sound recording, editing, digital arts, special effects and interactive media.
Facilities
Columbia College Hollywood includes an 86,000-square-foot campus that was the former worldwide headquarters of the Panavision company. A new Center for Media Arts is planned to add nearly 20,000 square feet to the existing campus, which will then encompass more than 100,000 square feet of preproduction, production, postproduction, screening and digital and print library facilities.
