The Columbia College Koalas are the athletic teams for Columbia College, a women's liberal arts institution in Columbia, South Carolina. Columbia College teams are nicknamed as the Koalas. The university is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA),[1] primarily competing in Appalachian Athletic Conference.[2] In addition, the school is a member of the NCCAA[3] and serves as host for the softball national championship.[4]
