Comet Lovejoy

Comet Lovejoy may refer to any of the five comets discovered by amateur astronomer Terry Lovejoy:

C/2014 Q2 (Lovejoy), a comet discovered in August 2014 and visible to the naked eye in December 2014 / January 2015. Known to release sugar and alcohol into space.
C/2013 R1 (Lovejoy), a naked eye comet in November and December 2013.
C/2011 W3 (Lovejoy), a comet discovered in November 2011, noted for its pass through the Sun's corona.
C/2007 K5 (Lovejoy), discovered in May 2007
C/2007 E2 (Lovejoy), discovered in March 2007
