Microsoft Common Engineering Criteria

The Common Engineering Criteria is a strategy of Microsoft Corporation to make its products, such as Microsoft Windows, to have a low total cost of ownership,[1] often by implementing extensive support for business automation via technologies such as the Windows Powershell.
