Connor Joseph Hurley (born September 15, 1995) is an American ice hockey player. He is currently a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame.[1] Hurley was selected by the Buffalo Sabres in the 2nd round (38th overall) of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
He played with the Muskegon Lumberjacks of the United States Hockey League (USHL).
Hurley was the youngest player available for selection in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, as he was born on the exact day of the cutoff for eligibility.[2] He is rated as a top prospect who was projected by Future Considerations to be a top-30 selection at the 2013 draft.[3]
