Score and profiles

CR assigns each federal officeholder a grade based on their "Liberty Score", which is a grade based on the votes that that officeholder has taken in the duration of a rolling 6 year window, rather than just the last election-cycle. Every Senator who scores above a 15% and every Representative who scores above a 30% is then the subject of a "Member Profile" which highlights key and revealing votes.[3]
