The Copa del Rey 2003–04 is the 102nd staging of the Copa del Rey.

The competition started on August 24, 2003 and concluded on March 17, 2004 with the Final, held at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys in Barcelona, in which Real Zaragoza lifted the trophy with a 2–3 victory over Real Madrid. The final match was played six days after the 2004 Madrid train bombings and three days after the 2004 Spanish general elections.
