Cophomantella lychnocentra is a moth in the Lecithoceridae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1904. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from the Northern Territory and Queensland.[1][2]
The wingspan is about 15 mm. The forewings are dark purplish-bronzy-fuscous with a transverse-oval spot of dark brown suffusion at two-fifths and a smaller transverse yellow-ochreous discal spot at two-thirds, edged with dark suffusion. The hindwings are rather dark bronzy-fuscous.[3]
