A Corn N' Oil is an alcoholic cocktail most noted for its use of the very dark and oil-like blackstrap rum. While the origins of its name are largely unknown, it is making a resurgence in modern cocktail culture.[1]

Variations of the Corn N' Oil include varying the ratios of rum to falernum as well as the addition of Angostura bitters.[2]
