In January 2010, on the eve of the jubilee year of Corum, its founder René Bannwart, died in his 95th year.
In April 2013, Corum announces the acquisition of its shareholding by the China Haidian Holdings Limited group, today named Citychamp Watch & Jewellery Ltd. Following this agreement, the Group became the owner of the watch company, based in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
