Coulter (surname)
Coulter is a surname of ancient Gael royals. The O’Coulter (I. O’Coltarain) chiefs ruled Dal Coirb in the portion of Gaelic Ireland's Ulidia (kingdom) that is now the Barony (Ireland) of Castlereagh.[1] Ulidia kingdom was the last patrimony of the Ulaid nation.
