Cristian Savani (born February 22, 1982) is an Italian volleyball player, a member of Italian national team in 2001-2013 and Qatari club Al Rayyan, a medalist of the Olympic Games (silver in Athens 2004, bronze in London 2012), European Champion (2003, 2005), silver medalist of the European Championship (2011, 2013), a medalist of the World League (silver - 2003, bronze - 2013), Italian Champion.

Personal life

Savani was born in Castiglione delle Stiviere, Italy. He is married to Mihaela Travica (Dragan's sister, Ljubomir's daughter). On April 4, 2013 his wife gave a birth to their first child - daughter named Mia.[1]
