Crockett Hills Regional Park

Crockett Hills Regional Park is a 1,939-acre (785 ha) regional park in the East Bay Regional Park system, located in West Contra Costa County and the San Francisco Bay Area of northern California.

Geography

The park is in the Crockett Hills of the East Bay region, near the unincorporated towns of Crockett and Port Costa, and west of the city of Martinez off State Hwy 4 .[1]

Its northern sections overlook Carquinez Strait, and are adjacent to the western area of Carquinez Strait Regional Shoreline park.

The Crockett Hills are covered in annual grasslands, California oak woodlands, and coastal sage scrub vegetation.[1]
