Angika region in Northeast Inda

Angika region is referred to parts of Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal wherein Angika language is spoken . It comprises the 22 districts of Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal States of India.[1]

Northern and Eastern Bihar
Katihar District, Purnia District, Kishanganj District, Araria District, Madhepura District, Saharsa District, Supaul District, Khagaria District, Begusarai, Bhagalpur District, Banka District, Munger District, Jamui District, Lakhisarai, Sheikhpura.
North-Eastern Jharkhand
Sahebganj District, Godda District, Deoghar District, Pakur District, Dumka District, Giridih District and Jamtara District.
West Bengal
Malda District[2]

Angika, is the main language of communication of people of this area.[3]
