Cyril Offord
Albert Cyril Offord FRS[1] (June 9, 1906 – June 4, 2000) was a British mathematician. He received two Ph.D.s in mathematics: from the University of London in 1932, and from Oxford in 1936.[2]
He was the first professor of mathematics at the London School of Economics.
