D. K. Shroff manages actors in Bollywood.[1]

As of 2011 he managed Yukta Mookhey (Miss World), Milind Soman, Meera, Preeti Jhangiani, Tulip Joshi, Asrani, Anupama Verma and many others. Recently he was hired by Canadian actor Remi Clair to manage his work in India. Shroff is business manager of Bollywood stars such as Rosa Catalano, Nisha Kothari, Sherlyn Chopra, Raghuveer Yadav, standup comedian, Dipoo Srivastava, Naveeen Prabhakar, Hyder Khan and Sambhavana Seth and film director Sameer Malhotra.

He runs a foundation for senior actors, popularly known as the Old Diamond Foundation. This foundation helps in getting work for these actors.

Shroff was a successful casting director and a project designer. US studio Paramount Pictures approached him through producer Uru Patel for the upcoming Hollywood movie Hanuman. He cast movies for producers such as Anil Kapoor, Bonny Kapoor and Sohail Khan. He worked on Dil Diwana Hota Hai as project designer, cast Welcome directed by Aniz Bazmi and produced by Feroz Nadiawala and worked on movies such as Red Swastik by Vinod Pandey, Game by Shivram Yadav, Sancha by Alok Nath, Jawani Dewani by Bablu Pachisiya, Dosti by Sunil Darshan, Saturday Night by Astivinayak Production, Bombay to Goa and Monopoly.

His latest project was Ready produced by T-Series & Rajat Raval and directed by Aneez Bazmee. Previous projects include Thank You and No Problem. His upcoming T-Series project is I Love You Happy New Year directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru. Enki Films appointed Shroff as casting director. It is a Hindi remake of Hollywood film CA$H (originally produced by Naveen Chathappuram) in the name CashThe Game Plan, produced by Uday Pratap Singh.

Recently D K Shroff has done the casting for up coming film Kamasutra 3D which is an epic-erotica directed by Rupesh Paul and the actors are Sherlyn Chopra as sensuous Kamadevi, Milind Gunaji, Sunil Bob and MD Asif etc. Now he has been hired by Shakti Kapoor, Jawed Sheikh. Rajpal Yadav, Claudia Ciesla, Mohammed Iqbal Khan, Sudesh Lehri, Akhilendra Mishra and along with Milind Gunaji.
