The DDT Jiyugaoka Six-Person Tag TeamChampionship was a six-person tag team title in the Japanese professional wrestling promotion Dramatic Dream Team. The title was established in 2003. It has since been essentially replaced by the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Championship.

Title vacated on June 8, 2006, after Inomata retired from professional wrestling.
Harashima (2), Muscle Sakai, & Yusuke Inokuma 1 June 25, 2006 Tokyo Defeated Kudo, Masami Morohashi and Seiya Morohashi to win the vacant title.
Title vacated on May 23, 2007, due to Harashima and Sakai being busy defending the KO-D Openweight and DDT Extreme Division Championships on June 3, 2007, during an event, where all DDT titles were scheduled to be on the line.
Durian Sawada Julie (2), Peach Owashi & Mango Fukuda, 1 June 3, 2007 Tokyo Defeated Antonio Honda, Prince Togo and King Alamoana to win the vacant title.
Title vacated immediately afterwards.
Kudo, Antonio Honda & Yasu Urano 1 July 6, 2008 Tokyo Defeated Koo, Super Vampire and Toru Owashi to win the vacant title.
Great Kojika, Mr. #6 and Riho 1 July 25, 2010 Tokyo Three way dance including Hikaru Sato, Keisuke Ishii and YOSHIHIKO. The UWA World Trios Championship and Nihonkai Six Man Tag Team Championship were also on the line in this match.
