As the centrepiece of JLT Free Zone, the 63-floor purpose-built tower caters to the specific needs of commodities trade, from the diamond, gold and precious gems industry to steel, oil, copper and more.
Almas Tower is home to DMCC’s headquarters and the DMCC Client Service Centre, where clients and potential members can conduct all of their licensing and registration requirements, including government and visa services.
In addition, Almas Tower houses the Dubai Diamond Exchange and Dubai Pearl Exchange, the Dubai gold and diamond vaults and the Almas Conference Centre which is managed by the 5-star Bonnington Hotel, which offers state-of-the-art conference and banqueting facilities. Almas Tower also hosts an eclectic retail mix to service the commercial users of the tower, which include Caffe Nero, Flower Boutique, The Shoe Shine Co., Propah Tea, Sugar & Mankind, Parmar Tailors, Subway and Fidelity Fitness.
