The Department of Transportation and Public Works of Puerto Rico Spanish: Departamento de Transportación y Obras Públicas (DTOP) is the executive department of the government of Puerto Rico that regulates transportation and public works in Puerto Rico.[1][2] The agency's headquarters are located in San Juan.
