DWAY 88.3 started as an emergency broadcast station during the onslaught of Typhoon Reming, it was on soft launch in December 2014, but due to frequency interference, NTC moved the station to its current frequency. On May 14–15, 2015, the studios and transmitters were inaugurated and dedicated to the Lord.
