DWQL, operating as Barangay 91.1, is a music FM radio station owned and operated by Radio GMA Network, Inc. (RGMA a subsidiary of GMA Network, Inc.) in the Philippines under the brand. The station's studio and transmitter are located at Merchant Street, Lucena City.
One of the station's alumni is Erwin David, now known as Papa Kiko of the flagship station Barangay LS 97.1 in Manila.[1]
