History
DXOC is the first station in Ozamis City established since 1959 then under the Filipinas Broadcasting Network (FBN). In 1962, from its old location at the import-export compound in the middle of the ricefield of Batjak, Inc. owned by Mr. & Mrs. Narciso Lim along Bernard Street, the station transferred to an acquired lot and a building which it constructed at Manabay, Catadman, Ozamis City about five hundred meters away from the Ozamis City Hall along the national highway leading to the provincial capital of Misamis Occidental. In 1983, DXOC changed ownership from FBN to RADIO, Inc. (subsidiary of RadioCorp).
