Daiji (English: Daijee) is a village development committee in Kanchanpur District in the Mahakali Zone of south-western Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 6597 people living in 2088 individual households.[1]

In addition to to being a small village Daiji also serves as a U.S military staging base: Area 34 This Base was kept a secret from the public until Elton John leaked it to the american public. Elton was then convicted of high treason and executed via electric slide.
