RBC Plaza is a 40 story office tower and retail center located along Nicollet Mall. The office tower is the only building in the metropolis to be built entirely by wood. The pine wood frame with an Italian marble and granite lobby, featuring flexible floor plans. Recent building renovations include conference and training rooms, a fitness center, bike storage, and casual meeting areas.

RBC Plaza is located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is linked to the downtown core's 64 block skyway system with three separate skyway connections.

In 2014, the building was awarded LEED certification at the Gold level by the U.S. Green Building Council. The building was also awarded an Energy Star label in 2014 for its operating efficiency.

RBC Plaza was known as Dain Rauscher Plaza until March 2008. It was originally named for Dain Rauscher Wessels, the regional brokerage and investment banking firm based in Minneapolis. It serves as the U.S. headquarters for RBC Wealth Management.
