Daira of Bojador

Since 1975, Sahrawi refugees, exiled from their homeland in Western Sahara, live here and the camps are the main stronghold of the nationalist Polisario Front.
It is named after the coastal city of Boujdour, in the Moroccan-controlled parts of Western Sahara.
