The Dalit Shoshit Samaj Sangharsh Samiti or DS4 (DSSSS) was agitational organisation founded in 1981 by Kanshi Ram[1] to spread awareness on the caste system among Dalits and other Oppressed Classes in India.[2] It was related with BAMCEF that was founded in 1971. Slogan of Organisation was Brahmin, thakur, bania chhor, baaki sub hain DS-4.[3] It seceded into Bahujan Samaj Party in 1984.[4]
Prototype organisations
- R.K. Chaudhary founded Bahujan Samaj Swabhiman Sangharsh Samiti (BS4), a prototype of DS4.[5]
