Damon William Elliott, also known as Buck 22, (born March 21, 1973) is an American producer and rapper. Damon has worked in several genres of music including Pop, hip hop, rock, R&B, gospel and country as a writer, composer, producer and recording artist. He is the co-founder and president of Confidential Records.

Damon's first production project credits include rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony (1996). Other credits include Destiny's Child, Beyoncé, P!nk, Gwen Stefani, Jessica Simpson, Christina Aguilera, Macy Gray, Britney Spears, Mýa and Deana Carter, including the three scored films. He has amassed total sales of over 150 million units, earning seven Grammy Award nominations, and one Grammy Award win for his contribution to "Lady Marmalade" featured in Moulin Rouge.

Damon has also written and produced theme songs for the television shows Holly's World, Kendra on Top and The Lylas.

Early life

Damon Elliott was born on March 21, 1973 to Dionne Warwick and Bill Elliott. He has one brother named David Elliott. Mega-star Whitney Houston was his second cousin once removed and opera legend Leontyne Price is another cousin. He was the nephew of singer Dee Dee Warwick, Dionne's sister. Damon Elliott, the son of actor/jazz drummer Bill Elliott and pop legend Dionne Warwick is a big selling, Grammy Award-winning producer. Damon was "raised by music", according to Dionne, whom Damon often accompanied to her studio.
