Damovo is a provider of enterprise information communication technology (ICT) services and solutions, with regional businesses in Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland and Luxembourg, and an international capability through Damovo Global Services. Damovo was formerly the enterprise services division of the Swedish telecoms group Ericsson.[2]

In January 2015 Damovo Europe was acquired by Oakley Capital Equity 11. Matthew Riley, founder of the Daisy Group, was appointed Executive Chairman. Damovo UK was also acquired by Daisy in a separate deal.[3]

In August 2015 Damovo acquired the voice and unified communications business of Centre de Télécommunications et Téléinformatiques Luxembourgeois (CTTL) in Luxembourg. This first acquisition by Damovo, since it was acquired by Oakley Capital earlier this year, is part of its ‘buy and build’ strategy as it looks to grow annual revenues to €200M in the next 3–5 years and become one of the largest UC providers in Europe.[4]
