The sixteenth season of Dancing with the Stars will air on the Seven Network in 2016. The show was renewed on September 1, 2015, a week before the 15th season's finale. No casting decisions regarding hosts, judges or participants were announced, although media have speculated that Shane Bourne may not return as host after criticism of his hosting style.[1][2]
