Dane Brookes (born 16 April 1984) is an author and marketing expert. He is the founder of marketing and communications company Group Dane, based in Liverpool, England and author of "Content Marketing Revolution: Seize Control of Your Market in Five Key Steps."[1]

Film and television

Brookes is also a writer and actor. He founded Giant Leap Films in 2008, which has produced a series of successful films, including Profanity, which he also wrote and directed.

Brookes starred alongside actors Leon Lopez in the television series Brookside and Hollyoaks and with Scott Wright in Coronation Street and Shameless.

In Braincell, Brookes played Carter, Dr Cornwall's (Joseph Zaso) loyal assistant, while Raine Brown starred as Hannah.[2]

Brookes has also starred in a number of short films, including Three Minutes to Go, Rules of the Game, Fieves, and LOL. Dane played PC Kane in LOL,[3] a series of short films by writer and director Ric Forster
