Daniel "Dani" Olmo Carvajal (born 7 May 1998) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Dinamo Zagreb as a forward.
Club career
Born in Terrassa, Barcelona, Catalonia, Olmo arrived in FC Barcelona's youth academy aged 9, from neighbours RCD Espanyol. In a surprise move he joined Dinamo Zagreb in the summer of 2014 and made a first team debut vs NK Lokomotiva on 7 February 2015.[1]
International career
Olmo was part of the Spanish squad at the 2015 European Under-17 Championship in Bulgaria; he netted in the penalty shootout as they were eliminated by Germany in the quarter-finals, but then had his attempt saved by Will Huffer as Spain lost to England by the same means in a play-off for that year's World Cup for the category.[2]
