The Danish Court Administration is headed by a board of governors and in conjunction with a director who manages the day-to-day operations.. It belongs under the Ministry of Justice, but the Minister of Justice has no instructive power and can thus not change decisions made by the agency. The institution is based at Store Kongensgade 1 in central Copenhagen.
