Danny Flynn (born in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire) is an English fantasy and science fiction artist. He attended St Augustine Webster Primary School and High Ridge Comprehensive before taking a degree in Illustration at Kingston upon Thames University.

Since the mid-1980s, Flynn has illustrated covers for hundreds of novels, including some for well-known authors, such as Frederik Pohl, Greg Bear, Isaac Asimov, Robert A. Heinlein and Arthur C. Clarke, who commented: "Danny has the ability to blend real objects into imaginary landscapes, evoking the true sense of wonder which is really at the heart of all good Science Fiction and Fantasy." He has also worked for games companies Electronic Arts and Traveller's Tales.

He has spent the last four years creating a solo fantasy project for children called Lunartics - all about the quirky and colourful creatures who live inside the Moon...
