Danny Makkelie (born 28 January 1983) is a Dutch international referee who took charge of the final of the 2012 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship
Makkelie became a FIFA referee in 2011.[1]
Besides his position as a football referee, Makkelie is employed at the Dutch police.
