Darrell Williams (born September 15, 1989) is an American professional basketball player for Partizan of the ABA League and the Basketball League of Serbia.

Professional career

NBA Summer League

After going undrafted in the 2015 NBA draft, he joined the Chicago Bulls for the 2015 NBA Summer League.[1] In 5 games, he averaged 3.8 points and 4.6 rebounds per game.[2] On July 12, 2015, he scored 3 points and had 3 rebounds for nearly four minutes on the court against the Toronto Raptors.[3] On July 18, 2015, he played his best game in the NBA Summer League, against Phoenix Suns; he has scored 9 points and had 13 rebounds.[4]

VOO Wolves Verviers-Pepinster

In August 2015, he signed his first professional contract with VOO Wolves Verviers-Pepinster of the Scooore League in Belgium.[5] In 10 games, he averaged 17.2 points and 10.7 rebounds per game in 26.2 minutes on the court.

Partizan Belgrade

After the departure of Nikola Milutinov in Olympiacos, Partizan has long been looking for a center. Aleksandar Džikić, new coach of Partizan has found Darrell Williams as the new center of Partizan. On 8 January 2016, Williams has signed a contract with the Partizan and took the number 25.[6] On January 16, 2016, Williams has officially made his debut for Partizan in the ABA League against Krka and for 14 minutes on the court, he scored 4 points and had 4 rebounds.[7]
