Datach'i is the pseudonym of Joseph Fraioli, an American electronic musician based in New York City. Datach'i's music places an emphasis on complex drum programming and elaborate timing.
Biography
Fraioli's work beyond studio albums includes freelance sound design for several agencies.[1] Several companies including Porsche and Spike TV have combined Datach'i's jarring and futuristic sound with high definition visuals for promotional and artistic effect.[2]
In 2005 he was invited to engineer Interpol's guitarist Daniel Kessler's remix of Not Even Jail for a special edition of their 2004 album Antics.[3]
