Dave Wommack (born May 9, 1956 in Kimberling City, Missouri) is an American football coach, who is the current defensive coordinator for the Ole Miss Rebels football team. Wommack was formerly the defensive coordinator for Arkansas State University and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. On January 8, 2010, Wommack was let go by head coach Paul Johnson. A native of Kimberling City, Missouri, Wommack played college ball for Missouri Southern. Wommack would letter three years, as a center. He is married, with two children.
