David M. Dahl (born April 1, 1994) is an outfielder in the Colorado Rockies organization.

Professional career

Dahl was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the first round of the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft out of Oak Mountain High School in Birmingham, Alabama.[1] He made his debut for the rookie league Grand Junction Rockies, hitting .379/.423/.625 with nine home runs and 57 runs batted in.

Prior to the 2013 season, Dahl was ranked as the Rockies second best prospect by Baseball America.[2] He was also ranked as the 58th best prospect in baseball by MLB.com.[3]

On May 28, 2015, David collided with another outfielder in a game and suffered a spleen laceration, a cracked rib, and a concussion.
