David Nason Frizzell is a Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing the 93rd District since 1992, which includes parts of Marion and Johnson Counties. Frizzell is currently the Majority Whip for the Indiana House of Representatives.
In 2012, he became the Chairman of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), a conservative lobbying network which proposes model legislation to politicians.[1]
