David J. Mooney

David James Mooney, PhD, is Robert P. Pinkas Family Professor of Bioengineering at the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.[1] He is also a founding core faculty member at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering at Harvard University.[2] He earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mooney is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and a member of the National Academy of Medicine.
