David Jolley
David Jolley horn player,[1][2] horn instructor at the North Carolina School of the Arts.
Jolley studied at the Juilliard School in New York. Primarily known for playing the Classical repertoire, Jolley also plays modern music. For example, he premiered Ellen Taaffe Zwilich's Concerto for Horn and String Orchestra with the Rochester Philharmonic.[3] His discography includes a recording of two Mozart horn concertos with the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra. He is presently on the faculty of Mannes College The New School for Music in New York City and is an associate professor at the Aaron Copland School of Music in Queens College.
