David Quarrey

David Quarrey CMG[1] is a British diplomat who has been the United Kingdom's Ambassador to Israel since July 2015.[2]

Quarrey, who joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1994,[3][4] previously directed its Near East and North Africa Department. He has also served as a British diplomat in Harare, Delhi and at the United Nations in New York. When Tony Blair was British Prime Minister, he was his private secretary for two years.[2]
