Dean Raper (born 1976) was an Australian rugby league player from the 1990s.
Dean Raper was a fullback for the St. George Dragons and the St. George Illawarra Dragons, playing three seasons in first grade between 1996-1999. He played fullback for the Dragons in the 1996 Grand Final. He retired after the merger of St. George and Illawarra Steelers in 1999.[1]
