Debbie Koegel
Debbie Koegel (born February 28, 1977 in Norristown, Pennsylvania) is an American ice dancer who competed with Oleg Fediukov. In 1999, they captured a pair of bronze medals at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships.[1]
