DecoTurf

DecoTurf is a tennis hardcourt constructed from layers of acrylic, rubber, silica, and other materials on top of an asphalt or concrete base. It is manufactured by the sports surfaces division of California Products Corporation, based in Andover, Massachusetts.[1]

The surface is currently in use at the US Open, the US Open Series (I luring the ATP World Tour Masters 1000 Canada Masters and Cincinnati Masters tournaments, among others. DecoTurf was used in the 2008 Olympics held in Beijing, China, 2004 Olympics held in Athens, Greece as well as the Paralympic Games at both sites and in London in 2012.[2]
