Deeside Caledonia Pipe Band is a pipe band based in and around Aberdeen in the North East of Scotland, established in October 1995.

Recent Success

On February 11, 2007 the band successfully defended its titles in both Grade 3 and Grade 2 in the North of Scotland Quartets competition at St. Machar Academy. This was then followed up by winning Grade 3 and coming second in grade 2 at the NOS Mini Bands competition also held at St. Machar Academy.

2008, 2009 and 2010 saw the addition of many new players throughout the band and the formation of a competing Grade 4A band in 2010.

The band won both the Scottish and Cowal championships in grade 3A in 2010, which resulted in the band being crowned Grade 3A champion of champions 2010.[1] This upgraded the band to RSPBA grade 2 level, which they have been competing in from 2011 onwards.
