Delcy Eloína Gómez Rodríguez (born April 29, 1970) is a lawyer and former Minister of Popular Power for Communication and Information of Venezuela.[1] She is currently serving as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela.
Biography
She was the Minister for Presidential Affairs in 2006.[2] Similarly, she was as Vice Minister for Europe at the Venezuelan Ministry of Foreign Relations. She also served as the General Coordinator to the Vice President of Venezuela.[3] Is sister Of Jorge Rodriguez Mayor Of Caracas
