Delillers Carbonnel

Delillers Carbonnel was Governor of the Bank of England from 1740 to 1741. He had been Deputy Governor from 1738 to 1740. He replaced Thomas Cooke as Governor and was succeeded by Stamp Brooksbank.[1]
